I just finished working with Dan at Fig & Bloom to create a series of marketing automations to reward & engage their current subscriber base. I put together a 12 emails in 5 different “series” including cart abandonment, post purchase engagement, best customers, un-engaged customers and anniversaries. One week in and open rates are excellent and sales are coming through. These emails once set-up can be left to run, tweaking as you get more data. They are a no-brainer and all e-commerce stores with a good subscriber base should invest some time into marketing automation.
