Shipping and Returns

This shipping & returns policy is only applicable to the bare rooted peony product lines.


​What do we ship?

All my in stock peony roses are available for shipping.

When do we ship?

In May each year we dig up our excess peony roses and divide and sell the bare rooted peonies. We open orders at the start of May and close orders once they sell out. We usually dig them up in Mid May and then deliver that week.

Where do we ship to?

We ship across Australia except for Western Australia which has current quarantine restrictions on plant material.

How do we ship?

For our orders we ship using Australia Post and times vary based on location. If you are unable to receive at your delivery address and your peonies are sent to the local post office, please make sure you pick up ASAP as they can deteriorate if left for a few days and we will be unable to replace.

Rates to ship?

We ship based on number or peonies; 1 pack for $12.50 2 packs for $18.50 and so on.

In-store pick up option?

If you live near Mount Evelyn in Victoria you are welcome to pick-up your order. Please pick this option in the checkout (only available for Victorian addresses).

Do you have a returns policy?

We pride ourselves on the high quality of our peonies. If you are unhappy with the quality, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the peonies with the specifics (photos of the damage of the peonies) and we will endeavour to replace them. Please make sure you following the planting guide.
